Note:

1, do not advocate use simple contactor to permanent magnetic actuator as control unit, because:

(1) using the contactor can lead to large energy consumption and discharge capacitance requires a larger capacity;

Permanent magnetic actuator (2) easy to burning coil;

(3) the contactor off contact circuit generates a strong electromagnetic interference, cause protection misoperation, control device;

(4) the contactor of contact when through the large current, life is short, so there was not one of the major advantages of permanent magnetic actuator. And my company YCK380 permanent magnet switch controller can reach more than 100000 times is not damaged.

2, about the manual of permanent magnetic actuator, closing question: brake must be equipped with emergency manual permanent magnetic actuator, it is used in the control unit and electricity, under the condition of the damage, the emergency brake manually points on the circuit breaker break-brake operations. Emergency brake manually points must be purely mechanical operation, cannot use electrical and electronic components to operate. Emergency brake manually points used to disconnect the rated current, short circuit conditions generally don't use this feature.

At present, some factory is equipped with permanent magnetic actuator for manual switching function. A, classification,

According to different standards, divided into different types, permanent magnetic actuator are mainly monostable and bistable, single-coil and double coil, round and square, no obvious advantages and disadvantages between them, each have their advantages. A brief introduction of the following orders the difference between steady state and bistable permanent magnet mechanism.

Refers to the so-called bistable permanent magnet mechanism, is in the closing end, break-brake end adopts permanent magnet, points, closing action is respectively by two field coil driver to complete the moving core; So-called monostable permanent magnetic mechanism, refers to the permanent magnets at closing, in the spring brake is use to maintain, feed motion through the switching excitation coil electricity drive to complete the moving core, at the same time in the process of switching to keep break-brake spring energy storage, break-brake movement is by the release of break-brake spring to complete.

Monostable permanent magnetic actuator and bistable no advantages and disadvantages of distinction, have their own advantages.

Advantage: under the same conditions, the bistable switching current peak value smaller, permanent magnetic actuator for control section, the smaller the current, means that the control is simple, reliable, the smaller the risk of damage to the controller. In addition, the switching current smaller, discharge capacitance need not too big, generally with a 100 v / 100 micro method of electrolytic capacitor can be achieved reclosing of circuit breaker operation.

Disadvantage: based on the design principle of bistable bistable of permanent magnetic actuator is apart from the average speed of slower than fully open.

monostable

Advantage: as the monostable brake action of permanent magnetic actuator are completed by break-brake spring, so its just cent of break-brake peace split brake speed is better than that of bistable permanent magnet mechanism, and the characteristic curve of break-brake reaction of circuit breaker can match.

Disadvantage: as the monostable permanent magnetic mechanism when switching to keep break-brake spring energy storage at the same time, so the same condition, the switching current peak than bistable permanent magnet mechanism.

 

Second, the basic principle

The basic working principle of permanent magnetic actuator can be summed up three words: permanent magnet, electromagnetic drive, electronic control.

Permanent magnet keep: switching state is by permanent magnets to keep, to overcome the contact spring reaction;

Driver: electric field coil to produce electromagnetic energy to drive the core movement, complete points feed motion;

Electronic control: the permanent magnetic actuator control system adopts electronic devices, including power electronic switch (IGBT, MOSFET, thyristor) chip, integrated circuit board, CPU, etc.
